	Since 1987 Bishop Paul B. Keeter, Jr., D.Min has served as the Senior Pastor of the Rivers of Living Water Church of God. Together with his wife Lou, they have committed their lives to the education and mentorship of leaders of all ages. He is a graduate of East Coast Bible College, the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and has earned two doctorate degrees from Christian Life School of Theology. bishop@theniagara.org Bishop Johnny Rivera, D.Min serves as the Executive Pastor of the Rivers of Living Water Church. He began his ministry in 1986 as the pastor of the 3^rd Street Church of God in Elizabeth, NJ. Today Bishop Rivera serves the Church of God in Eastern North Carolina as Hispanic Coordinator. exec@theniagara.org Rev. Reneé Sanders, D.Min, serves as the Executive Church Administrator of Rivers of Living Water. Rev. Sanders has credentials in Youth & Christian Education and is an Exhorter in the Church of God. In 2007 she was appointed as the dean of students of the Christian School of Theology at the Rivers School of Ministry Campus. Rev. Sanders has earned a Doctorate in Theology from the Christian Life School of Theology. dean@theniagara.org Rev. Edwin (Butch) Condon serves as the Executive Pastor over X-Stream Student Ministries and Little Rivers Children's Ministry. For over 20 years Pastor Butch has ministered to the needs of children’s & youth throughout Eastern North Carolina. Every year Pastor Butch and his staff travel with Kids Krusade for Christ across the South East to train & equip future Children’s Pastors while powerfully ministering to the needs of hundreds of children & youth.
