For many years
Chuck Dunn has served in
different capacities in various worship and creative arts
areas. He studied music at Central Piedmont in Charlotte, North
Carolina. He studied music theory under Dr. Craig Bove, piano
under Dr. Martha Tepper, and his major concentration has been in
the study of voice under the coaching of well-known opera
soprano Rebecca Cook-Carter. Chuck also studied Practical
Ministry with an emphasis in Worship under the leadership of Dr.
Michael Brown at FIRE School of Ministry. Throughout his ministry life, Chuck has produced, directed, and written a number of musical and theatrical presentations. Because this type of media changed Chuck's life years ago, his love of the arts in worship is evident in the scale and dynamics of the communication of the Gospel. Chuck and his wife Nita, a lovely singer herself, have a true heart for leading people into worship. Chuck enjoys spending time with his family. Chuck and Nita have two beautiful children; Peyton and Katelyn. Chuck and his family invite you to come worship with them in spirit and in truth.
LG2 Worship and Creative Arts "Letting Go and Letting God"
What does LG2
mean? It stands for LET GO and LET GOD!
That is our ultimate goal in the Worship and Creative Arts
Ministry. We want to let go of our ideals and agendas and let
God use us for His glory. We don't want to come with the
mindset of "Bless me, Lord."
Instead, we want to come singing, "I will bless the Lord at ALL times!" We believe in worshipping the Lord with all we have to give. We desire to bless Jesus Christ in everything we do and say. That is a true lifestyle of worship.
